Fleat needed to demonstrate consistent progress and traction to customers and investors to secure their next rounds of funding. The challenge was to set up a rapid development cycle that would allow them to release, validate, and iterate key features with their customers as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Fleat came to us with a Consumer-facing prototype built with React. Our expertise in React made for a perfect fit and smooth transition of their existing code-base over to our team.
We added a backend, built on Node, Firebase, and Postgres to power the Consumer-facing app as well as additional Driver- and Vendor-facing applications, providing Fleat the suite of software it needed for fully functional operations.
We intergrated the Twilio API to allow Fleat to provide protected two-way communications between Mobile Stores and their Customers, and power their patented StreetLogic smart notification system.
We leveraged the Google Maps API, coupling it with a customized routing optimization system, to allow Fleat to minimize delivery times and meet their desired ‘deliveries per hour’ metric.
